I was looking forward to writing a report on the crazy #75 run I do on Friday afternoons. Usually it gets packed full to the point where I have to pass up passengers because so many school kids ride it. As soon as it starts to empty out, I'll get close to another school, and fill to overflowing again. By the time I get to the end of the line at St. Johns I am usually nearly 20 minutes late. Then I'm supposed to deadhead to downtown, and do a #14 trip. But the schedule has only 8 minutes recovery time downtown which isn't nearly enough to make up for the time I lost on the #75. I can sometime make up some time on the deadhead by taking a shortcut, but I still usually start the #14 after the next later one is already ahead of me. I wrote up this problem and sent it in to scheduling.

Today, however there was no school, so I was on schedule with no problems. I hope this isn't the day that scheduling decides to check the computer records to see if there really is a problem.
